Okay ... December 27th ... a late move. The Queen departs. A bonus track no longer ... seems fair in this case. A song about the stars to be closed out by a song about the moon.
Rings ~ Come over here, let me light you up. Silly intro. But I like silly. No silliness with the message though. And that’s a big problem. A song about waiting on the sidelines, just hoping. And well, at times the girl on the moon does seem far away. But sidelines are never where you want to be. Akin to having dreams about the girl next door and she turns out to be an actress or a president. The universe loves a challenge. It starts with gratitude. The more unintentional happiness you give out comes back to you tenfold. We all have our hearts set on that special someone who’s just down the road apiece. Or maybe on the moon. The one we don’t want to be away from for a second longer than we have to. When you find that someone .. never let go, never give up .. you might just happen to be their one in a million (moon and back) .. where’s my spaceship. Funny old galaxy … Still a lot of work to be done on this one .. first mix. And still not sure of some of the parts. But that silly intro section inspires me. Hello, inner child .. let’s be five again .. have fun .. xoRJ
